Ice Storm Watch

The ice storm warning went into effect here at 1 PM.  All morning, traffic on the road outside was quite brisk, but it has slowed to a trickle since 1.  Nothing is falling yet, so...  Yeah.

I did order a couple of pizzas, which should tide me over until --- Monday?  Honestly, every time I've looked at a forecast it is different from the one I looked at before.  I do have therapy (re)scheduled for Monday, but other than that, I don't have anywhere to be, so as long as my power doesn't shut down, I'm all good.

We got about 5 inches of snow overnight and now it is sleeting. No freezing rain-yet. I hope it stays that way.

We hit 80 today but the freezing night time temps will hit again by Tuesday! I hope you fare well during the storm.

I made some banana bread last night.  Well banana/ blueberry bread, as that's the baby food I had.  Also, shout out to my fellow banana baby food lovers.  (You know who you are!)  I went to bed before it was finished baking, so there was a nice morning "surprise" today. Just dropping in to brag on myself.
