Two

Thank you, thank you Diego.  What a year you gave us.  And your finishing 2nd in Heisman voting gives us another reason to appreciate what you did.  
You turned up.

This one I know.  This one I've read.  Although I don't usually like short stories, London wrote one called "To Build a Fire" that I find masterful.
