I'll give them "Frank," because they do use sort of fancy script, but there is no way in the world that this says "Baum."

I love a Marx Brothers movie and now that I think about it, TCM hasn't shown any in a long while. They did just show The Great Dictator. Chaplin is another star whose work holds up.
I think it has to be A Christmas Carol.
