Really?

Today, I have been SO uncomfortable.  Weird, I know.  My arm feels like it's cramping.  Constantly.  It's making me fidgety.

When I had bursitis it felt the same. The ER thought I must have a blood clot but it turned out to just be the swelling from the injury that was causing the pain and the numbness. I had to wear a tight sling at night so I wouldn’t keep re-injuring it in my sleep. It was a long road to recovery. Physical therapy consisted of just walking my fingers up a wall a few times a day so I didn’t get a frozen shoulder.

I'm sorry! When my friend fell and broke her shoulder, she was bothered by such sensations. Massage it as best you can.
