Dig Until...

All this sorting through and thinning out took me to a forgotten kit.

The pattern is "Snood Operator," (You're humming the Sade song, aren't you? Yeah, me, too.)  It's going to be big enough to wear as s snood, but I'm thinking of it as strictly a cowl.

Bulky yarn is a favorite of mine, but I don't work with it often.  It's much too expensive, first of all, and knitting with jumbo needles is uncomfortable for me, second.  These are size 19, and no fun for me.  Sure, projects wrap up quickly when you use them, but I find them super awkward.

Agreed! it isn't the most fun knitting project you could enjoy! Will you finish it or toss it?

I like the look of that. I've only used big yarn and needles a few times and agree that they are awkward. I do have to say I slogged through a hat with them and now it's my favorite. The big stitch definition is very attractive.
