 Twinnie pointed out that the term "running off" from the last post would be an unfamiliar one to many these days.  

I have reached That Age.

My son said to me the other day that he's seeing an entire generation behind him, and that was a sobering thought.  He's right, of course, but still.

Wait until there's three or four of them back there, kid.
