This is my right index finger, bruised right at the bottom (fist) knuckle. I have no idea whatsoever what caused it. This afternoon, I looked down and there it was. It isn't sore. It's a source of bewilderment is what it is.
The older I get the more damage I do to myself without even realizing it happened. I was just thinking that I never seem to have a pain free moment anymore, Every part of me takes a turn at causing misery.

Unfortunately, it doesn't take much to bruise us as we age!!!
Every time I turn around I have a new bruise. Apparently turning around does it?
