That old saw that what you do on New Year's Day is what you'll do that year. Because I am sitting here sobbing over my Madeleine.
She died last night. I took her to the vet school, but it was too late. I don't know what else to say.

My deepest sympathies. Pet loss is so hard. You have a generous spirit so make sure you give yourself that same generosity of time that you need to heal. Grieving is hard work. Hugs.
So sorry. You will be missing her I know, and it's so hard. Please post about her for us if it helps. I've always found it helps to talk about the lost ones with people who can understand how hard it is, and we are here.
