If you talk about it, adequate words just won't come.
If you don't talk about it, people will wonder if you care.
If you try to distract yourself, you can't concentrate. You aren't happy with anything you try to do.
If you don't distract yourself, your mind reels, and your stomach knots and the rage builds.

I did a really good meditation with Fireman today. I enforced no TV at meals today. This is all too surreal. I am so grateful we have leaders ready to step up and take charge. I hope they are protected to the fullest. It was supposed to be a wonderful day., on the inauguration........I thought we only had one person to worry about ......Boy, I know better now. I hope the whole thing takes place quietly. Joe Biden doesnt need fanfare. He is ready to lead us. I cannot wait
