Mads and Riley have been spending most of their time lately on the back porch. Not too hot, not too cool there. Tap and I are alternating between turning on and off the AC and turning on and off the heat in the rest of the house.
Where's my consistent Fall? Where's the weather that lets me wear my handmade knits? (Best I can do fancy-blog-wise, folks.)

THe sun is out here so im grateful. However we lost power this monring and feared , like Al, we would be out for days. Not so. We went for a nice walk and when we got home it was power on! I immediately opened the garage door so if it happens again we can pull out and recharge our phones. 50 mph wind gust s. I had layers of alpaca and other woolens I'd knit on and I was fine outside.
