Up to Here

Can one exist without sinuses?  I have had it with mine.  Could they be filled in, like aggravating potholes?  Or, perhaps, decorated in such a way that no germs/phlegm/drainage/bacteria would deign to move in?

Fittingly, one of my favorite words is
DAMN.

Squirting that expanding insulating foam up your nose is probably a bad idea, right? (Can you tell I have been binge-watching House? That's the kind of thing he would say.)
