Where, Oh Where

I had to make an unexpected, hair-on-fire trip to Atlanta yesterday and was rewarded by being given one of Hannah's handmade face masks.

I'd like to be making some myself, but cannot find the right size of elastic anywhere.  There are sources of fabric all around the house, but without the elasstic, it's all for naught.

You could make ties. I have read that those are even preferable because they can fit any head size.
