The Camel

Today's addition to my Advent Nativity was a camel:

I read once that camels don't concern themselves with how long, or how difficult, their journey is, as long as their footing is sure.  Which made me immediately accept the camel as my spirit animal.

And camels are, of course, relatives to the alpacas, who probably have the same philosophy.

I lOVE your camel. And it is an awesome Spirit Animal! I think they are a must to every nativity scene.

My sister was just in Egypt and took her first ride on a camel! I doubt it will be her last...
