Jefferson fascinates me. I've never gotten my brain completely around him, so any interesting opportunity is welcome. This book looks interesting.

Having been to Monticello, I am always interested in the workings of the mind of a man who could own slaves and fall in love with one....and not emancipate her! He was a brilliant man in many ways, but the slave stories told there for visitors to understand, make me cringe. I wonder how the book will handle this ...let us know!
