Time to start!

Sadly, there's only the one frame.  We're supposed to switch designs out each day?

First up is

It turned out like this

The fabric that came with the kit, as you saw, was light blue.  It was hard for me to work with, though, as the squares aren't clearly defined.  (I have the same problem stitching on linen.)  You might or might not be able to tell here:

Linen gives me the same problem, which is why I never use it.

As for the Plucky Knitter advent start?  I was right that it felt like fabric, but it was fabric made into

a supersized zippered bag!  How cute is that?
