Shame

I have spent a good part of this afternoon, and plan on spending almost all of tonight, contacting office-holders of all levels in Georgia.  "Evacuation drills" and "reunion procedures" and bulletproof blankets should not, should never have had to be, part of what our children learn, and learn about, in school.  If any future candidate for whom I have the chance to vote is not in favor of plain-as-the-nose-on-your-face-common-sense gun control, I will oppose them.  Vigorously.

Seems like I used "damn" as my daily word too soon. . .

So today, I'll use spilt.
